The Su-34 was produced at the Novosibirsk Aviation Plant and transferred on September 8, 2018 to the 2nd Guards Mixed Aviation Regiment located at the Shagol airfield, Chelyabinsk. Board number 09 red, state registration RF-81852. Serial number 10-01.
The wreckage of the aircraft was found in the vicinity of Liman, Ukraine on October 2, 2022.
